In compliance with the Manila Amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers , 1978 as amended (2010), Regulations II/1, and II/2, Section A-II/1, A-II/2 and A-VIII/2 and Section B-V/a and met the criteria and follow the guidelines set forth in Section A-I/12 and Section B1/12 of the STCW of the 1978 STCW Code as amended.
