Competent Maritime Professionals and Sea Staff (COMPASS) Training Center, Inc. is a Filipino-owned corporation established in 2009 through the shared initiative of maritime professionals and practitioners. The founders’ collective vision was to establish a world-class maritime training center aimed at enhancing the competency and skills of Filipino seafarers to meet global standards.
Fifteen years later, COMPASS stands tall as one of the Philippines’ premier training centers. We specialize in delivering top-notch training and assessment programs, catering not only to Filipinos but also to foreign nationals. Over the years, we have expanded our horizons and ventured into offshore training and people skills development programs.
