Practical Assessment for Engine – Management Level (New System)
Practical Assessment Engine Management Level in pursuant to and in conformance with the requirements set forth under STCW Circular No. 2018-09 and in accordance with the standards of the STCW Convention, 1978, as amended.
Course Requirements
- Certificate of Passing the Engine Management Level (Second Engineer or Chief Engineer) Theoretical Examination (NOTE: Uploading is no longer required for those who took the initial exam star
- COC and COE as Second Engineer or Chief Engineer, as applicable (NOTE: Required only if applying for revalidation)
- Valid Medical Certificate
- Certificate of Training in Management Level Course-Engine (Note: Include Certificate of training completion in MLC Updating, if applicable) Ensure Training is not done in COMPASS ( Note: we are not allowed to assess our own trainee).
