COMPASS Training Center Inc is continuously offering quality training for MANAGEMENT LEVEL COURSE BOTH FOR MARINE DECK OFFICERS AND MARINE ENGINEER OFFICERS which is being accredited by the Maritime Training Council (MTC) which is now the Marina STCW. These courses are on the list of industry accredited training courses being offered by COMPASS Training Center Inc.

The Management Level Course (MLC) for Marine Deck Officers is compliant to the requirements of Regulation II/2 of the STCW Convention which among others, requires that every candidate for certification to the management level responsibility shall have completed the corresponding approved education and training. It has three different functional courses namely;

Function 1 – Navigation at the Management Level

Function 2 – Cargo Handling & Stowage at the Management Level

Function 3 – Controlling the Operation Ship and Care for Persons on Board at the Management Level

The Management Level Course (MLC) for Engineer Officers is compliant to the requirements of Regulation III/2 of the STCW Convention, which among others, requires that every candidate for certification to the management level responsibility shall have completed the corresponding approved
education and training. This course has three different functional courses namely;

Function 1 – Marine Engineering at the Management Level

Function 2 – Electronic and Control Engineering at the Management Level

Function 3 – Maintenance and Repair at the Management Level

Function 4 – Controlling the Operation Ship and Care for Persons on Board at the Management Level
