Team COMPASS Goes Beyond the Learning Experience

Last February 18, 2017, Saturday, COMPASS Training Center’s officers and staff took the plunge and braved the waters as they get to experience GamePlan365: A Mariners Adventure in collaboration with COMPASS Center for Leadership, Management and Governance (CCLMG).
From fun and stimulating indoor programs to getting first-hand experience of safety of life at sea practical exercises, the COMPASS Team outperformed themselves, outgrown their fears and outlasted the obstacles making their way to a better team.
The one-day program was held at the center’s very own state-of-the-art training facility at Silang, Cavite – The C-nergy International Leisure and Convention Center.
