After less than a month when Stolt Nielsen had been informed of existence and establishment of COMPASS Training Center, Inc. they immediately conducted an on-site audit of the training centre, its facilities, human resource and management system.

No less than its’ esteemed training and recruitment manager, Capt. Cristito P. Hortaleza, was present during the audit which lasted half a day.
